Binpal Engineering has helped us close down dozens of properties with respect to acquisition and/or sale which required environmental due diligence. Jas acts as our “early warning system”, letting our company know if there is anything out of the ordinary or representing a potential risk. He is an expert on the technical side and communication which creates a high level of confidence in his approach. My firm has worked with Binpal Engineering for around five years. The projects have been as small as satisfying that a ditch is not fish bearing to coordinating a multi acre potential wetland riparian area with federal and municipal agencies. I have felt very confident in letting Jas and their team stick handle the whole process and keep me up to date with the progress. That’s not something I am often comfortable in doing. I like to micromanage a lot, but I don’t feel the need with Binpal Engineering. The other thing that I have been impressed with, is that they have the project’s best interest at heart. Often sub-consultants look at their role in a vacuum and don’t think of the overall importance and intricacies of the development. Binpal Engineering makes an effort to understand how they can help the project move forward, not just satisfy focus on their own objectives. For these reasons I would always recommend Binpal Engineering and will keep bringing them in on projects.

Their ability to work fast, and their precedent setting use of the ever evolving and onerous/complex Ministry of Environment regulations resulted in the completion of a complex contaminated property by obtaining a Certificate of Compliance prior to the change of regulations; a project that would not have happened without the speed and creative approach undertaken.
