Environmental law and enforcement in Canada has evolved dramatically in recent years. Federal, provincial and municipal governments are tasked with enacting rules and regulations aimed at protecting people and the environment. Our goal is to assist clients in understanding the legal environmental process and work with the regulators to achieve compliance. As part of our legal services, we review assessment/investigation reports completed by others, conduct independent environmental assessments/investigations, and provide opinion letters and litigation support as required.
